CompanyCam is a full photo platform for contractors, from one person to fifty or more, on iPhone, iPad, Android and the web. InspectCam™ starts somewhere else: a flashlight camera for trades, for the attic, the crawl space, the panel and the cabinet under the sink. One tap and the light stays on while you look, take photos and record video. That camera is free on Google Play.

Pro adds what a small crew needs from a photo app: photos filed into the right job, PDF reports under your company's name, a link your client opens in the browser, and, on Team and Business, a way for your subs to send photos without installing anything. Pro is on sale in the US, inside the same app. It puts the date, time and place on photos and videos taken into a job, in one line along the bottom, and you can type a note under a photo and add a numbered arrow or a circle. Coming soon: voice notes and your crew on the same jobs.

This page sets the two side by side, and says plainly where CompanyCam is the better fit.
